The Ministry of Commercial and Corporate Affairs of the State of the African Diaspora (SOAD) is dedicated to fostering economic growth and unity within the African diaspora. Led by Minister Sorviel Kyana and supported by Bishop Audie Cummings, the Ministry works alongside CAUSES to build a sustainable global economy where Black-owned businesses can thrive and expand through mergers, acquisitions, and takeovers.
Through policy support and international partnerships, the Ministry helps CAUSES members extend their market reach, fostering growth across borders and creating multinational corporations.
